REFUND POLICY

We have a 72 hours return policy FOR DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY. You have seventy-two (72) hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

If there is apparent damage, we will need photos upon delivery, look for matching damage to the box, keep and photograph all packing materials and contact us via email. If the art work is other than listed, please contact Alice Zen Gallerie and we will arrange for a solution or the return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted especially if we did not send you a return shipping label.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your art purchase from Alice Zen Gallerie. Although we take measures to ensure the safe and secure shipping of our pieces, we understand that damage or issues can still arise during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Our team will work with you directly to resolve the issue and provide you with a suitable solution. You have 48 hours to inspect the item. Please open your artwork within 48 hours and email your written acceptance of the work and with pictures before you open and after you unpacked the package.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Thank you for shopping with Alice Zen Gallerie. Please note that all items in our collection are nonreturnable. CUSTOM ORDERED items cannot be returned.

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3 - 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING/HANDLING/PACKAGING

For damaged items that needs to be return, please package them very carefully with the same packaging that came with it and reenforce for more packing materials to prevent from more damage. Please take pictures of the before and after. Thank you.

Once we packed your items, we provide a tracking number to you.
